Welcome to Squeeezy. By downloading, installing, or using the Squeeezy application for Mac ("the App"), including versions obtained from the Mac App Store or as a direct download from squeeezy.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By using Squeeezy, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Squeeezy is a native application for macOS only that allows you to upload video content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube from your Mac. There is no iPhone or iPad version at launch. The App connects to each platform's official API on your behalf using OAuth authentication you initiate in Settings. YouTube and LinkedIn uploads go directly from your Mac to those platforms. For Instagram and Facebook, the App may temporarily stage your video on our relay server (upload.squeeezy.me) so Meta can fetch it; staged files are deleted after publish. TikTok works differently from the other platforms. Squeeezy does not publish videos to your TikTok profile. It uploads the video to your TikTok inbox as a draft. After TikTok processes the file and notifies you, you open TikTok to set the caption, cover, privacy settings, and optional sound, then publish from there yourself.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected social media accounts. Squeeezy stores authentication tokens securely in your Mac's Keychain. You agree to:

You are solely responsible for all content you upload using Squeeezy. We bear no responsibility for content uploaded through the App.
By using Squeeezy to connect and upload content, you are also subject to the terms of service and policies of each platform you choose to connect:
Squeeezy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, Apple, or any of their parent or affiliated companies.
Squeeezy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse engineer the App without prior written permission.
You retain all rights to the content you upload through the App. By using Squeeezy, you grant us no rights to your content whatsoever.
Squeeezy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including EU consumer protection law), we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failed uploads, account actions taken by third-party platforms, or loss of content. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable EU law.
Your use of Squeeezy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the Privacy Policy explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of Squeeezy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version is always available at squeeezy.me/terms.html.
You may stop using Squeeezy at any time by uninstalling the App or removing it from your Mac. Disconnecting your accounts in Settings removes stored tokens from your Keychain. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the developer is established. If you are a consumer located in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
